EMBARKATION/DISEMBARKATION
The times are based on whether the traveler has a license or not.
For some regions in Berlin and Brandenburg, you need a license. For helping obtaining a license before departure, please speak to our sales team. Alternatively, customers can participate to an approximately 3-hour charter license training. This charter license is issued for the duration of your cruise and authorizes the license of the mostly open water in Mecklenburg and Brandenburg.
If you have a license:

Disembarkation: 09:00 clock
Please do not forget to bring your license! Otherwise, you have to take part of the charter license training!
If you don't have a license
Charter license training: 14:00 clock (about 13:00 clock arrival required)
Embarkation: 16:00-18:00 Clock
Disembarkation: 09:00 clock
Please bring your identity card or passport and your driver's license.
