Jarnac Base
Base manager Olivier Chauvin welcomes you to Jarnac. Situated on the gentle banks of the Charente, Jarnac remembers the time when its port welcomed salt and wine in abundance. The town quickly became a large trade center because of its position in the middle for the production area for the well known" life water" of Cognac.
Our base offers toilets, showers, fresh hot drinks and a washing machine for your use.There is open parking available free of charge. Enclosed parking without surveillance costs 28 E per week and there is also a garage with 6 places available at a cost of 41 E per week.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Le Boat will be happy to arrange transfers from your arrival point to the base and can also do your food and drink shopping to stock up your boat before you arrive. Please complete our Taxi Transfer form and email, fax or post it back to the base at least 14 days prior to departure. The base receptionist will contact you directly to confirm details of your transfer.

OPENING HOURS
8.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6pm. The base is closed on Sunday.
The boats are available between 4pm and 6pm. If you are going to arrive late, please advise us by phone.
You will find all traditional shops and services at Jarnac.

Monday to Thursday: 9am - 12.30pm and 3pm - 7.15pm
Wednesday to Saturday: 9am - 7.15pm
Sunday: 9am - 11.45am
Market days: everyday except Monday
