A pretty little town which is evidently very proud of its floral displays, which are on show throughout the town. Gustave Eiffel’s steel bridge links the two banks of the Yonne ansd this is also often covered in flowers! The church of St-Cyr and Sainte-Julitte is worth a visit. The parks of Colbert Castle and Montmorency Villa are lovely for a stroll. The national forest of Thureau du Bas is nearby. A popular town with fishermen.
