This is a large village with good shops, cycling, walks and wine-tastings locally

What is there to see?

Walk along the riverbanks of the Yonne south or towards Bailly on the walking trail (there is a plan behind the Mairie) through the cherry orchards and vineyards.

What can I visit?

Visit the very old interesting village of Coulanges-la Vineuse

Is this place famous for anything?

Miscka' part of the film was shot here using local people. The meandering river valley and hills are totally unspoilt.

Do any famous people live here?

You could take a taxi to the world famous vineyards of Chablis (25km away) for wine-tastings.
