La Tortue is a luxurious hotel barge first built in 1895. It is fully equipped with modern day facilities and is available to charter for parties of up to six people or by cabin.
The owner, Peter Shaw is an experienced gourmet chef and a known specialist in the cuisine of the Languedoc. He has a vast and enthusiastic knowledge of the wines of the region and is an expert in the many and splendid cheeses of France.
