Le Boat launches flight protection policy in response to plane problems
Le Boat, the No. 1 provider of houseboat rental vacations on inland waterways across the UK, Europe, and Canada, has launched a flight cancelation protection policy for guests traveling to France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, and Ireland by plane. This also applies to travel arrangements booked with ferry and rail operators.
Many people have been affected by the recent flight chaos, whether they’ve had to contend with cancelations, delays, and/or lost baggage. Therefore, Le Boat has taken upon itself to give guests traveling to Europe by plane peace of mind this summer.
If the customer’s flight is canceled right up to departure, Le Boat will guarantee a refund for the Le Boat part of the trip*. Alternatively, if the customer’s flight is delayed, or arrives late, Le Boat will refund the unused portion of the vacation for all departures in 2022**.
