The staff at Le Boat were great to work with, from before we even booked with the booking agent explaining everything in detail and answering all of our questions to the final boat return. Great trip in September when there was less traffic on the water and cooler temperatures

Well-appointed boat in excellent condition. The weather was poor but we still enjoyed the upper steering position. Looking down from there also improves visibility when mooring, entering lock gates and in lockd. Already filled in this information.

The receptionist at the pick up station in Saint Jean de Losne was excellent. She spoke English very well and was very helpful. The boat itself was perfect. We had no mechanical issues and the boat was everything we expected and more! It was a very good value!

The advice and service provided by Christinne Benlayo from the LeBoat Cape Town office was extremely poor and disappointing. The Messac team was fantastic and suggested further options. The Messac team was very supportive and helpful. The boat was superb and the experience fantastic. A few more minutes of instruction in boat handling would have been appreciated. Comfortable boat with all ammeneties

From reservation, pick-up, engineer explanations, and vessel clean presentation all was first class.. I can compare this with the disaster og renting a Vision 3 previously. The Tango is an ideal boat for two seniors. the minimal step to the cabin and bathroom facilities great for less mobile persons. There coul have been a fuel rebate
Dear Mr Mcleod,
