love the boat and experience- however, starting the cruise on a Sunday is a big mistake as there was now transport from the closest train station and now supermarkets were open to stock up on food good size. clean, easily moveable

The service was excellent however there were a few things which were not satisfactory. The gas ran out after the first day. The toilet blocked. The toaster function on the stove did not work and could not be connected. So we did waste a few hours waiting for the people to come and fix things.Apart from that the cruise was excellent Comfortable boat with everything we need

Le Boat service was wonderful, easy, smooth. We had no issues. Captaining the boat was easier than expected, and our vacation was blissful. I can see that if you have zero boating experience and zero RV'ing experience this may be intimidating, but very doable. We have experience with both of those things and enjoyed every incredible minute of our cruise through the Canal du Midi. Plenty of space on this boat, very well-appointed, had everything we needed.

Le bateau était en bonne condition, bon service. Nous étions 5 et c'était parfait. à 8, cela aurait été un peu tassé.

As with every time we've used Le Boat, every aspect meets our expectations. A very good boat - we were only four on board and so we benefited from the extra space. Very easy to handle nonetheless.

The response time from the office was kind of slow. I managed to get the trip i wanted online while they couldn't. Great boat. Well equipped.

Great service. New gas bottle delivered to our next stop when we ran out. Bike repairs done on the way. michanical problem fixed immediately. Would book Le boat again. Choose this boat because beds were longer and we are tall people. It is older style but suited us as we were an adult family group and no problem sharing bathrooms etc

This is the 7th cruise I have done with Le boat. Excellent service and well looked after bases Excellent cruise. One thing I did not like was the introduction of a 300€ damage deposit AFTER I had paid €165 non refundable damage waiver.

Great route, the weather wa slovenly and the boat was comfortable. The service at the base was not great. Whenever we called for help we were told they will call back and never did! When the steering wheel stopped working 2 days before the end of the cruise we had to get back to base and spend time grounded instead of enjoying the cruise. Received no compensation or apologies for cutting the cruise short! Very comfy boat but toilets get blocked and steering wheel went 2 days before end of holiday
