Our Le Boat experience was amazing! From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional! All of this, coupled with gorgeous vistas, cute towns, and perfect weather, made for the ideal vacation. We cruised from Smith Falls to Merrickville then back through Smith Falls to Westport vía Portland. The list of start/end points below did not include Canadian ports. Wonderful time! Can’t wait to go again next year!

The service is bad, impolite, and arrogant. The process of receiving the boat is too long, exhausting and chaotic. There are not enough people that know English in the LeBoat team. A clever managing is missing. the tank of the black water is too small but besides that the boat is very comfortable.

The teram at the Carrick base are brilliant. Very well organised and exceptionally friendly. There's nothing they wouldnt do to help us. AMAZING! Le Boat/Emerald Star have thought of everything when they designed this boat. I could live on board!

Excellent service. Staff on booking and on reception at Port Cassafieres helpful, pleasant and well organised We were just two couples on the boat for 6+2. The master cabin is good but the other two cabins are too small. No storage except the other cabin
