The Reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. instruction on boat handling was clear and reassuring. The boat was clean but had a couple of burnt saucepans which were not used The boat handling was tricky with steering erratic or it might have been my steering at fault. Compared with other boats ours needed a lot more steering adjustments. Good

When we booked the Boat we were under the impression there was Electrical Hook up as we were charged for it but there was none, we had no Night heating which made sleeping uncomfortable and there was a Lock Keepers dispute going on which had a detrimental effect on our holiday Boat Dated, Toilet Smelled and leaked during Flushing
